1. The Window: 7 days from confirmed delivery to request a return or exchange.

2. Condition Parameters: Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and retain original 400GSM structural integrity with all Static Aura tags attached.

3. Execution: Email your order number to initiate the protocol. We will provide the Baton Rouge return routing address.

4. Capital Transfer: Approved refunds process to the original payment method within 3 business days of asset inspection
